Wear with the active elements facing the body when you relax or sleep, with time of exposure from 25 to 20 minutes, starting with 2 or 3 times per day. Later on may be used more frequently, depending on general condition. The items should be washed with a neutral soap at temperature below 45o C. Do not try in direct sunlight.
Modes of application of Bio-photon items
Introductory mode
From 5 to 10 minutes several times per day, e.g. every 3 - 4 hours for 1 to 3 weeks, then use it regularly.
Training mode
From 15 to 20 minutes several times per day, e.g. every 2 – 3 hours for 1 - 3 weeks, then wear regularly.
Active mode
In case of relapse, inflammation and pain: wear 24 hours per day until the pain is gone, but no more than 3 - 4 days; after that use only at night.
Time and mode of application depend on your age and your condition. Thus:
- Longer introductory periods (2 – 4 weeks) are recommended for seniors aged over 60.
- Do not use right after a heart attacks and pay special attention to the recommendations.
- Only limited use is recommended for children: as a general rule the children have stronger immunity of their own.
Attention! Limitations!
- At high temperatures
- No local application during pregnancy
- Not to be used together with pacemakers
- Take off the clothes if you have a slight sensation of discomfort
- In acute conditions/periods: interrupt use for several days
